And what do we know about sports fanatics? They’re collectors. My job was to oversee the quality control of our products, manage the entire lifecycle of our order fulfillment process, and increasing customer satisfaction & retention. In other words, find ways to turning first-time buyers into long-time loyal collectors.
After a promotion in 2020, I managed our Shopify store & led our digital transformation into Zoho CRM & Zoho Books with two-way sync to Shopify, then designed custom modules to more easily track & monitor the profitability of our business.
